This photo was taken from the balcony of our room at The View hotel in Monument Valley. We dragged our kids out of bed to see the sunrise. I’m not sure they thought it was worth it… but it did make for a nice photo!

Later that morning, we took a jeep tour to see some of this scenery up close. It was wonderful. If you ever get a chance to visit Monument Valley, take it – you won’t be disappointed!
